We purchased the property from Dan in the late 90's. Once my husband died in 2006, I knew I needed to sell what was going to be our retirement property. I called Dan and asked him if he could help me and he agreed to take the property to sell. Dan stayed in contact with me for over 7 seven years trying to sell it for me. He always took my calls, kept the property before the buying public and even called and checked in. To be honest, I dont think I would recognize him if I saw him since its been so many years since Jimmy and I brought our place in Coos Bay BUT ...I would know his voice, his kindness and his laugh.
